There are variations of this item. Please select the variation you wish.

Cellulase, from Trichoderma viride. Multienzymatic system (Beldman et al. 1985) with Cellulase-, a-Amylase-, Hemicellulase-, Pectinase- and Protease-activity. It is used e.g. for protoplast isolation, often in combination with Macerozym (Potrykus & Shillito 1986).

The activity gets inhibited by Glucose, Cellobiose and Hg2+. Slightly inhibition occurs by Mn+, Ag2+, Zn2+ und Cu2+.

Stability of stock solutions: Stable for 24 h at 4 °C (pH 5-7); complete Degradation at 80 °C after 10-15 min.
